Participants engaged in the Case Study Competition, Debate Competition, Brand-O-Mania, and the Shark Tank entrepreneurship forum, all of which were designed to foster strategic thinking, innovation, and leadership.
A key feature of the inaugural day was ENKALA by Enactus VIPS-TC, which highlighted women entrepreneurship and social innovation through an immersive Folk Heritage Village. Central to this showcase was Project Tahsin, a flagship social entrepreneurship project of Enactus VIPS-TC, which demonstrated sustainability by transforming katran (textile waste) into value-added products. The day also included impactful Nukkad Natak (street play) performances and a Rangoli Competition, concluding with a performance by artist Sunanda Sharma.
The second day of INITIO’26 × ENKALA continued with a focus on student engagement and creative expression. The schedule included a variety of platforms such as VocalScape, Rap Battles, and a Group Dance Competition, highlighting student confidence and originality. A central highlight was the Panel Discussion organized by Enactus VIPS-TC, where women entrepreneurs shared their professional journeys and the practicalities of navigating the startup ecosystem.
As the event drew to a close, the atmosphere transitioned to a cultural showcase featuring the Nizami Brothers, whose Sufi performance provided a moment of community reflection. The festival concluded with a high-energy set by DJ Asar, marking the end of the two-day program.
As the festival transitioned into its final hours, the atmosphere shifted toward a celebration of unity. The Nizami Brothers delivered a soulful Sufi performance that resonated deeply with the audience, followed by a high-octane closing set by DJ Asar, which brought the two-day event to a celebratory finish.
