Submitters remain responsible for factual accuracy, legal compliance, originality, permissions and disclosures. India News Grid may edit, reject, delay or remove submissions under its platform policies. Publication does not constitute independent verification or endorsement. The sole responsibility for factual integrity and legal compliance lies with the authors/contributors, organisations or their authorised representatives.
2. Standard of Conduct & Neutrality: To maintain the professional quality of our archive, all submissions must follow these standards: content must use neutral, professional language; it must not include promotional hype, personal attacks, or unsubstantiated superlative claims; foul language, profanity, hate speech, and offensive terminology are prohibited; submissions must not be defamatory or intended to devalue, target, or damage the reputation of any individual, brand, or organisation; and contributors must disclose any material interest in the subjects they write about.
3. Liability & Indemnity: By submitting content, you affirm that you hold the necessary rights to the material and accept full legal responsibility for its publication and impact. India News Grid does not accept liability for disputes, defamation claims, or misinformation arising from user-generated content. Contributors agree to indemnify the platform against legal actions connected to their submissions.
4. Editorial Rights & Moderation: While India News Grid does not verify facts, it does moderate for quality and integrity. We reserve the right to reject, edit, reformat, or remove content that violates these standards, is overtly biased, or becomes subject to a valid legal takedown request. We also reserve the right to format submissions for SEO and AEO performance.
5. Originality Notice: Written work submitted for publication must be original. Where a programme or commercial agreement requires online exclusivity, the same or substantially identical written version must not be published on another website, Medium, LinkedIn Articles, personal blog or other digital publishing platform.
