Step 1: Become a partner
Click Apply now. Your email app opens with a ready-made application addressed to [email protected]. Fill in your details, attach the signed Publishing Partner Terms, and send. Once you're approved, we'll ask for your bank details for payouts.
Step 2: Introduce your client
Before your client registers, click Introduce a client and email us the client's name or organisation, their official email ID and the package they want. We'll link the client to you and share the payment invoice within 1–2 working days.
Step 3: Get your client registered (choose a route)
The client registers themselves
- The client clicks Register and chooses Individual or Organisation.
- The client verifies their official email ID.
- The client uploads the signed Individual or Organisation Indemnity Form.
You register on the client's behalf
- You register the client as an Individual or Organisation, with their details and official email ID.
- The client confirms the verification sent to that email ID.
- The signed Individual or Organisation Indemnity Form is uploaded.
Step 4: Payment, then submission
The client pays the invoice directly to India News Grid, by payment gateway, bank transfer, or a cheque deposited directly into India News Grid's bank account. Content can be submitted only after registration, verification and payment are complete.
Publishing check, revisions and timelines
India News Grid runs a publishing check (formatting, working links, SEO tags) and a basic compliance screen. India News Grid does not fact-check or edit your writing. Accuracy, claims and permissions rest with the partner and the client.
Revisions
Content that needs changes is returned with a note. Resubmit within 3 working days of the request. Orders not resubmitted in that time lapse, the payment is forfeited, and no partner share applies.
Headline and cover image
Where needed to meet publishing standards, India News Grid may update the cover image or headline. Any changes are limited to these.

Payment terms
- Payment is made in full before content is submitted.
- Fees are non-refundable once paid.
- Content in a prohibited category will not be published, and the fee is not refundable.
Your earnings
50% of eligible net revenue on each paid package from a client you've introduced, including repeat orders and annual renewals.
What counts
- Eligible net revenue excludes GST, payment-processing fees, chargebacks and legally required adjustments.
- Commission continues on repeat orders and annual renewals from your clients.
- Commission does not apply to India News Grid's PR writing fees.
Payout and tax
- Paid by bank transfer within a week of your balance reaching ₹5,000.
- TDS is deducted as applicable under the Income Tax Act.
- PAN is required, and GSTIN if you're GST-registered.
- You may charge separately for your own services, such as writing.

Restrictions apply to content, not to types of clients. Please check this list before your client pays.

- Medical cure or treatment claims
- Investment tips or recommendations, unless from a SEBI-registered entity showing its registration number
- Content that makes allegations against, or targets, a named individual
- Plagiarised content, or content already published elsewhere online

- A hospital or clinic sharing a new facility, appointment or event
- A fintech or broker announcing a funding round or launch
- A SEBI-registered adviser's insight, with its registration number shown
- Company, institutional and event news from any genuine organisation
Partner rules
As a Publishing Partner, you agree to:
- Represent yourself accuratelyIntroduce yourself as an independent Publishing Partner, not as an India News Grid employee, journalist, editor or representative.
- Set honest expectationsDon't promise clients guaranteed rankings, traffic, Google News inclusion or media coverage beyond what the package includes.
- Quote prices as per the rate cardIf you charge for your own services, such as writing, invoice them separately and make clear your fee is separate from the India News Grid invoice.
- Let clients pay India News Grid directlyDon't collect India News Grid package payments on its behalf.
- Introduce genuine clients, with consentShare a client's details with India News Grid only after they've agreed.
- Act only with the client's authorityIf you register or submit on a client's behalf (Route B), do so only with their approval of the content.
- Submit original, client-approved contentFollow the publishing and content rules on this page.
- Use the name and logo only as permittedAs set out in the Publishing Partner Terms.
- Keep partner information confidentialIncluding the rate card and partner terms.
Breaching these rules may lead to the partnership being ended under the Publishing Partner Terms.
Responsibilities
The partner and the client confirm that all content is original, exclusive online to India News Grid, and approved by the client. Responsibility for the content rests with the partner, under the Publishing Partner Terms, and with the client, under the signed indemnity form. If a complaint about published content is upheld, India News Grid will remove it.
