Chennai, 29 July 2026: Tegnocet Incubation Foundation, New Prince Shri Bhavani College of Engineering and Technology, Chennai, successfully organized an online Workshop on "Company Registration and Startup Incorporation" on 29 July 2026. The workshop attracted around 160 participants, including students, faculty members, aspiring entrepreneurs, innovators, and startup enthusiasts from various educational institutions.

Resource Person: M.A. RAJKAPOOR M.E., L.L.B., Advocate at Coimbatore High Courts and worked as a Startup Consultant.

The online workshop aimed to create awareness about the legal, regulatory, and procedural aspects of establishing a startup. The resource person provided comprehensive guidance on various forms of business entities, company registration procedures, statutory compliances, Startup India and DPIIT recognition, intellectual property awareness, and the support available through incubation centres.

The interactive virtual session enabled participants to gain practical knowledge on transforming innovative ideas into legally registered business ventures. Participants actively engaged in discussions and clarified their queries regarding startup incorporation, compliance requirements, and government support schemes for entrepreneurs.

The workshop strengthened entrepreneurial awareness among participants and encouraged them to pursue innovation-driven ventures with confidence. It also highlighted the role of incubation centres in mentoring startups, facilitating networking opportunities, and connecting entrepreneurs with funding and business support systems.

Speaking on the occasion, the organizers reaffirmed the commitment of Tegnocet Incubation Foundation to fostering an innovation-driven entrepreneurial ecosystem through regular awareness programmes, capacity-building initiatives, and mentoring activities. The workshop concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, and many shared their views about worskhop.
