Indusfood 2027, the tenth edition of the international food and beverage trade exhibition, will be held from 8 to 10 January 2027 at India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida.

Organised by the Trade Promotion Council of India and supported by the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, the B2B event connects food and beverage producers, exporters, international buyers, distributors, importers and other industry professionals.

The exhibition will cover categories including processed foods, beverages, fresh produce, ingredients, bakery products, organic and natural foods, private-label products, Indian ethnic foods, kitchenware and trade-support services.

Alongside the exhibition, Indusfood will feature knowledge sessions, masterclasses, export-focused discussions and networking opportunities. According to the organiser, the 2027 edition is expected to bring together more than 20,000 professionals, over 2,200 exhibitors and participants from more than 120 countries.
