Media Expo New Delhi will be held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi from 17–19 September 2026. The international B2B trade show will showcase technologies and solutions for indoor and outdoor advertising, printing, signage and brand communication.

Visitors can explore printing technology, digital signage, retail displays, fabrication and finishing equipment, modular signage, inks, media, consumables, vinyl wraps and films. The programme will also feature industry talks, panel discussions, technical sessions, live demonstrations and special showcases for printing, branding, signage and out-of-home advertising professionals.

Registration note: Admission is free, but online registration is compulsory. Media Expo is open to trade visitors only. People under 18, including infants, are not permitted inside the exhibition halls. Students from relevant technical or engineering institutes may visit only on the third day after 12:00 PM, subject to the organiser’s conditions.
