Why publish your healthcare news on India News Grid?

Found when people search your name

Patients and their families look up a hospital or clinic before they visit. A news page shows your latest facilities, specialists and achievements, in your own words.

Help AI tools describe you correctly

When someone asks an AI tool about your hospital, a clear, factual release with your name, location and services gives it a reliable source.

A link for partners and reports

Use it in partner and insurer communications, brochures, annual reports and accreditation files.

A link worth sharing

Share it on your website's news section, social media and with patients.

India News Grid does not guarantee search ranking, AI citations, traffic or placement. Results vary.

Healthcare guidelines

Healthcare releases must be factual and responsible:

No treatment or cure claims

Do not claim that a treatment, product or procedure cures a disease or guarantees results.

No comparisons or superlatives

Avoid "best hospital", "No. 1 doctor" or claims that run down others.

No before-and-after images

No images or patient testimonials that promise outcomes.

Patient consent

Do not name or show patients, or share their medical details, without their written consent.

Verifiable facts only

Success rates, figures and accreditations must be accurate and current.

Follow Indian rules

Follow the rules for medical communication in India, including those that apply to doctors and medical advertising. You are responsible for what you publish.

Releases that do not follow these guidelines are returned with the changes needed.

What a good healthcare press release includes

  1. A headline with the news: your organisation and what is new.
  2. A dateline: city and date.
  3. A first paragraph answering who, what, when, where and why.
  4. Specific details: the department, equipment, specialists, timings or eligibility for a camp.
  5. One quote from the medical director, CEO or head of department.
  6. Up to 3 images: the facility, the team or the event, with consent from anyone shown.
  7. An "About" paragraph on your organisation, and a media contact.
Example headlines
  • "[Hospital] opens a [number]-bed [department] in [city]"
  • "[Hospital] receives NABH accreditation"
  • "[Hospital] holds a free [screening] camp for [number] residents of [area]"
