NSE to remain closed on November 10 for Diwali Balipratipada

NSE - Stock Market
The National Stock Exchange (NSE) will remain closed for regular equity trading on Tuesday, November 10, for Diwali Balipratipada, according to its official 2026 trading-holiday calendar.
The holiday also applies to the NSE’s futures-and-options segment, as set out in a separate exchange circular. Investors planning trades around the festival should account for the Tuesday closure.
Monday, November 9, is not listed as an NSE equity-market holiday. On a regular trading day, the exchange’s equity session runs from 9:15 am to 3:30 pm IST.
The November 10 closure is separate from the special Diwali Muhurat trading session scheduled for Sunday, November 8. The exchange’s calendar identifies that session as an exception to the Sunday holiday.
