Why publish your property's news on India News Grid?

Found when travellers search your name

Guests check a property before they book. A news page about your opening or new rooms, in your own words, gives them a clear, dated source.

Help AI tools describe you correctly

Travellers now ask AI tools where to stay. A factual release with your name, location, rooms and facilities gives them a reliable source.

A link for partners and agents

Use it with travel agents, wedding planners, corporate clients and booking partners.

Next to India's travel stories

India News Grid publishes travel guides, such as winter treks and stargazing spots, read by people planning trips.

India News Grid does not guarantee search ranking, AI citations, bookings or placement. Results vary.

Guidelines for hotels and stays

Real photos

Use only recent photos of your own property, with credits.

Accurate details

Room types, facilities, prices and dates must be correct when you submit.

No fake reviews or ratings

Quote only genuine guest feedback, with permission, and real ratings with their source.

No unprovable claims

Avoid "best", "No. 1" or "most luxurious" unless an award or ranking supports it.

Registrations

Your property must hold the licences and registrations it needs, such as state homestay or tourism registration.

What a good hotel press release includes

  1. A headline with the news: your property and what is new.
  2. A dateline: city or destination, and date.
  3. A first paragraph answering who, what, when, where and why.
  4. Specific details: number of rooms, facilities, opening date and how to book.
  5. One quote from the owner, general manager or chef.
  6. Up to 3 images: the property, rooms or restaurant, with credits.
  7. An "About" paragraph on your property or group, and a media contact.
Example headlines
  • "[Property] opens a [number]-room boutique resort in [destination]"
  • "[Hotel] appoints [name] as General Manager"
  • "[Homestay] in [place] wins [award] for sustainable tourism"
