Sunburn Festival returns to Mumbai for its 19th edition on 18–19 December 2026. Built around the theme “Awaken the Core,” the two-day electronic dance music festival at Mahalaxmi Race Course will combine international electronic music, large-scale stage production, immersive environments, food and lifestyle experiences.

Sunburn’s Artist Legacy

Across its previous festivals and touring formats, Sunburn has hosted many of electronic music’s most recognised artists, including Swedish House Mafia, Tiësto, Avicii, Hardwell, Armin van Buuren, David Guetta, Afrojack, The Chainsmokers, Marshmello, Deadmau5 and Martin Garrix. Mahalaxmi Race Course also has a history of major Sunburn-presented performances, including appearances by Avicii in 2011, Swedish House Mafia in 2013 and Martin Garrix in 2016. These names relate to past Sunburn events and do not indicate participation in the 2026 Mumbai festival.
